To ensure a smooth process, please record a clear unboxing video when opening your parcel. This video is required if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item. If you face any issue, contact our support within 48 hours of receiving your order and share your unboxing video, invoice, and clear pictures of the product. All items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
